Due to the hand make nature of this product, all ribbon widths are measured from fray to fray and can vary up to 1/4” either narrower or wider. 

If you need a larger quantity than what is available online, send us a message to see if we can accommodate your request. Please include the number of spools, the color name and the width of the ribbon needed.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing times. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. If the package is returned due to an inaccurate shipping address, you will be responsible to pay shipping fees again so we can send the item again to the correct address. Refunds are not given for items not delivered due to incorrect shipping information. 

Please allow 2 business days for production. Once a package leaves our hands we no longer have control of the item. These dates are based off UPS and USPS shipping times and we are not responsible for the shipping carrier in any way. The times shown are UPS & USPS Estimates and usually arrive in that time frame but we do not offer returns or exchanges if the shipper does not get the package to you in their expected ship time. If receiving the package is important please use UPS Overnight.
